APPLICATION
When matters are brought before the Hui Ariki, participating Whare Ariki shall consider them within the scope of Taihoronukurangi, through the Living Sentient Being, and according to the geographical environment or environments affected.
This Living Infrastructure provides the basis through which the Hui Ariki observes, considers, discusses, deliberates, and evaluates matters brought before the gathering.

FINAL REFLECTION (TE WAI WHAKAATA Ō RĒHUA)
The matters contained within this Hui Ariki Living Infrastructure are not intended solely for discussion, deliberation, or consideration at the level of nations, institutions, or future generations.
They may first be applied by each participating Ariki within themselves.
Peace may begin within the individual. Human Restoration may begin within the individual.
Atua Intelligence may be cultivated within the individual.
Living in Alignment with the Natural World Environments may begin within the individual.
From the individual, these considerations may naturally extend into whānau, mokopuna, communities, Whare Ariki, nations, and ultimately throughout Aotearoa, Te Moana Nui a Kiwa, Te Ao Mārama, and Ngā Rangitūhāhā.
The strength of this Living Infrastructure lies in its ability to be applied immediately.
It requires no legislation, no institution, no government and no external authority before action may begin.
Each participating Ariki possesses the ability to implement these considerations within their own life, their own Whare, and their own sphere of influence.
Through such application, positive change may occur within individuals, families, communities, and future generations.
The considerations contained within this document therefore represent not only matters for deliberation, but opportunities for immediate action and lived experience.
In this way, the Hui Ariki seeks not merely to discuss the future, but to actively participate in shaping it through example, responsibility, guardianship, service, aroha and action.
